Buy-side mandate
One of the strategic options aimed at expanding the business is acquisition of another company. Ideally, acquisition would be based on the principles of compatibility, synergies, and added value. However, often, completed acquisitions create more problems than anticipated benefits, which could be avoided through greater caution and attentiveness to detail in the preceding process.

  • Coordination / performing of due diligence.
  • Performing business valuations of selected targets.
  • Making a binding offer.

Conclusion
  • Preparation of the transaction documentation.
  • Concluding the deal.
