P&S Group was founded by Dean MikoliÄŤ in 1989 in Slovenia, then part of Yugoslavia. Since then its development has closely followed the path of successful transition from centrally administered to market economy achieved by Slovenian companies.
Now we provide a wide range of advisory, M&A and transaction services on the territory of South Eastern Europe and countries of ex-Yugoslavia. Our clients come from a variety of industries and include the biggest Slovenian companies, among them Gorenje, Telekom, Trimo, Petrol and Krka, as well as public institutions.
Following on the experience and insight gained since the beginning of operations, P&S Group initiated its first private equity fund P&S East Growth, which was registered in Luxembourg in 2006. The fund has invested close to EUR 25 million into 5 companies in Bulgaria, Romania and Ukraine in the sectors of telecommunications, pharmacy retail and marketing communications.
P&S Group is present in Ukraine since 2008 and has several areas of operations. These include advisory and M&A services, as well as private equity investments into small and medium-sized companies. Currently, our main focus in Ukraine is on assisting Ukrainian companies with attracting equity investments and other financing, and executing individual private equity deals.
P&S Group acts as a bridge between the East and the West, combining Eastern experience with Western expertise. Our culture is based on entrepreneurship and building long-term relationships with clients, investors and partners.
