During the 20 years of existence, P&S CAPITAL has built a
strong track record of successful investments in small and medium-sized
companies in Slovenia. This, combined with extensive financial advisory
and management consulting experience in the region of South East Europe,
has lead us to establish private equity as a separate business activity
within P&S Group.
P&S CAPITAL has been the sponsor and
initiator of the private equity fund P&S East Growth Luxembourg
SICAR SCA , focusing on investments in small and medium size companies
in the services sector in Ukraine, Romania and Bulgaria. The fund was
set up in 2006 and is now almost fully invested.
We believe in
keeping a low profile, which is crucial in establishing contacts and
developing partnerships with local. Our knowledge and understanding of
post-centrally-planned environments and the functioning of transition
economies enable us to tailor our approach to the ways of local
entrepreneurs and the realities of local markets.

that of a purely financial investor. We acquire in-depth understanding
of the businesses we invest in and participate hands-on in their further
development and management. In other words, we focus on the
fundamentals of the business as opposed to financial engineering to
